Not every appearance on The One Show causes controversy.  Here’s a bit of Jezza circa 2008 (with bonus 1993!Clarkson in the video for the Mr Blobby song, which came up during the interview - if you click the link, it’s probably as well to have the sound off, and fortunately Jeremy’s bit is right at the beginning of the video, so you can get the pointing and laughing over and done with quickly…).  IIRC, he had a really bad cold during this interview.  It came to mind because I’m currently dying of lurgy myself…
